Transactional Work

Lawyers in the firm are experienced in various real estate matters and other transactional work. The firm has represented individual buyers and sellers of real and commercial property, negotiated and drafted purchase and sale contracts for individual, corporate, and government clients, and represented the Resolution Trust Corporation and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in connection with the sale of multi-family buildings, vacant land, and single family homes.

We have handled Industrial Site Recovery Act compliance, zoning and planning issues, and have experience in condominium and cooperative law. We have also negotiated and drafted commercial leases. As a result of our banking work, our lawyers have expertise in review and analysis of loan files including complex commercial loans, workouts, and foreclosures. We do a substantial volume of residential mortgage review work for a banking client.
