We have counseled corporate clients on the law, on how to avoid employment disputes or resolve them prior to litigation, and on how to draft manuals or employment agreements to comply with the many governing laws and regulations. We have also advised numerous employees, including senior executives, about their rights under the law, and aided such clients in obtaining favorable settlements when their employment was terminated.

Our attorneys have handled class action litigations in this area, including defending one of the largest nation-wide class actions brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and have prosecuted a class action seeking recovery of employee benefits from a Fortune 500 corporation.
