Appellate Practice

Our attorneys have many years of experience in appellate work in federal and state courts. We are fully familiar with the briefing and other procedural aspects of appellate practice. Our attorneys have argued before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. They have appeared on numerous occasions before the appellate courts of New Jersey and New York. In addition, they have participated in briefing matters before the United States Supreme Court.
