NJ-Based Law Firm Opens Newark Office and Plans for Headquarter Relocation

November 6, 2006

Totowa, New Jersey, November 6, 2006 -- To accommodate recent growth and client demand, and to complement existing operations at their main offices, the New Jersey law firm of Golub & Isabel, P.C. has opened a second office at 17 Academy Street, Suite 1200 in Newark, NJ. As part of this expansion, the firm will also be relocating their main offices from Totowa to Parsippany in December 2006.

David Isabel, the resident partner at the new Newark office, confirms that a recent spate of significant matters for both new and existing clients forced Golub & Isabel to expand its presence in New Jersey. “A little over a year ago, we tried a complex environmental insurance coverage case and obtained a judgment in the amount of $10 million in cleanup costs and $2.5 million in attorneys’ fees. Since that judgment we have been very happy with the pace of new business.”

Alan Golub, who will continue to be the resident partner at the soon-to-be relocated main office, agrees. “As a direct result of some of our significant successes, including our appointments as environmental counsel to both the City of Newark and the Jersey City Incinerator Authority, Golub & Isabel is pleased to be in the position of needing new office space to accommodate the upcoming hiring of more staff attorneys as well as an increased case and client load.”

Some of Golub & Isabel’s other clients include BDP International, the City of Jersey City, the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC), Ingersoll Rand, Level 3 Communications, Inc., Continental Holdings Inc., Isolite Corporation, and the Vermont Structural Slate Company.
